Additionally, our team is constantly directly contacting property owners and if we come across a property that fits your criteria we will pursue it directly.
WRITING THE OFFER
Once we have identified a property you are interested in, we help guide you on writing up an offer that stays within your budget, but gives you the best chance to win the home.
INSPECTION OF PROPERTY
Once your offer is accepted our team will help facilitate the inspections and diligence process of insuring there are no major unforeseen defects with the home or the title of the property.
ESCROW/CLOSING
1. Once the inspection period is over, our team will work with you and escrow to bring the process to a smooth closing. Our team is available beyond escrow to help insure there are no loose ends.
